ROLE DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Farm Insurance products and services.· Identify and generate leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.· Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and present suitable insurance solutions.· Educate clients on insurance coverage options, policy features, and benefits.· Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes and proposals to potential clients.· Follow up with clients to address any inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.· Actively participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.· Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve individual and team sales goals.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.· Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.· Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.· Possess a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
